Alex C. Gonzalez is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser in the states of Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee, with over 30 years of experience in residential real estate valuation. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and began his appraisal career in 1992 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Alex specializes in both residential properties.
In 1995, Alex relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, where he worked with a major appraisal firm in Smyrna before establishing his own appraisal company in 1997. Since then, he has built a reputation for providing reliable, professional, and market-supported valuation services throughout his career.
Alex is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to effectively serve a diverse client base.
