Alex C. Gonzalez is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser licensed in Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee, with more than 30 years of experience in residential real estate valuation. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and began his appraisal career in 1992 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
In 1995, Alex relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, where he gained valuable experience working with a major appraisal firm in Smyrna. In 1997, he established his own appraisal company and has since built a successful career providing reliable, professional, and well-supported residential valuation services.
Alex specializes in the appraisal of residential properties and brings extensive market knowledge, analytical experience, and a commitment to quality to every assignment. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, he is able to effectively serve a diverse range of clients and communities.
