Alex started his career in 1992 as a residential/commercial appraiser in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Alex moved to Atlanta in 1995 and worked for a major appraisal company in Smyrna, GA. In 1997, he opened his own appraisal firm. Alex has 30 years of experience appraising residential real property.
